✅ Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
✅ Proof of auto insurance is required
✅ Seatbelts must be worn at all times
✅ Carts are not permitted on highways or across bridges
✅ No off-road driving or reckless operation
✅ All passengers must remain seated while the cart is in motion
✅ Pets are allowed but must be secured
✅ Any damage or loss of keys will be billed to the renter

✅ $35 fee if canceled more than 24 hours in advance
✅ One-day rental fee charged if canceled the day before or same day
✅ No refunds for early returns, weather, or change of plans — but we’re happy to reschedule
✅ All cancellations must be made by phone or text during business hours
✅ Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 3–5 business days
